SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Items are placed in a gift-bag and shipped via USPS First Class Mail within 3 days of receiving payment, if payment is received Monday through Saturday by 10 a.m. EST. Payments received on Saturday after 10 a.m. EST and on Sunday will be processed on Monday. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International.

SPECIAL CONDITION FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Depending on the country or region you live in, it is possible that extra Import Taxes, VAT, Custom Fees, or toll fees can be charged upon the arrival of your order. Please note that we have no influence over these extra fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of delivery delays due to safety measures from customs authorities or other possible delays, Relaxed Urban cannot be held responsible if the delivery time is not met.
